Let your data align.
Keep your team moving.
An AI assistant for reconciling import documents, warehouse reports and accounting exports.
Try the scenario ↗Fictional example. No file uploads. One mismatch can lead to a whole chain of questions. We want to help your team spot it early and know where to start.
Explore a sample shipment: choose documents, review the matches and investigate the differences.
The invoice is included. Add sources to this sample reconciliation.
These sample links are predefined. See how items connect using their item codes.
A specialist needs to review ambiguous matches.
One shipment, one clear task and evaluation criteria agreed in advance.
Early access ↗Identify where manual reconciliation takes the most attention and which discrepancies matter to your team.
Define export formats, document scope and processing terms. We do not promise a ready-made SAP or 1C integration.
Test the chosen scenario against agreed criteria. Timing, scope and cost are discussed separately.
Before we begin
KedenMatch AI is in development. This page shows a concept, not a live document analysis system. A pilot would test a specific scenario on an agreed dataset.
We do not claim a ready-made direct integration. For the pilot, we will discuss using exports from your accounting systems. File structures and matching rules need to be agreed separately.
We are designing an assistant for specialists. AI can make mistakes, and a difference in data does not always mean a document is wrong. Your team retains the final decision and reviews ambiguous cases.
Before any documents are shared, access, processing location, retention and deletion terms must be agreed. Anonymized examples can be used for initial discussions. This landing page does not accept documents.
One specific process, a responsible specialist and an agreed set of documents. Together, we would define which discrepancies to look for and how to evaluate the results. Timing, scope and cost are discussed separately.
We study importers’ workflows and are building an assistant to make document reconciliation clearer.
